1. Enrolment and Fees
-
All fees are due and payable no later than seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the vacation camp or activity.
-
Enrolment is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
-
If you are experiencing difficulty paying your fees, please contact 5678 Just Dance as soon as possible to discuss options.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

-
Cancellations received less than seven (7) days before commencement are not eligible for a refund or credit.
-
A credit may be granted in exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of 5678 Just Dance management, and must be approved in writing before any credit is applied.
-
No refund will be issued for classes missed by the student once the camp or activity has commenced. At the discretion of 5678 Just Dance, a make-up class may be offered.
3. Changes to Classes and Staff
-
5678 Just Dance reserves the right to change the assigned teacher at any time without prior notice.
-
5678 Just Dance reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel classes where necessary. Where reasonably practicable, advance notice will be given.

Behaviour by the student, parent, carer, or associated persons that is disrespectful, aggressive, or threatening towards staff, students, or other families.

5. Health and Attendance
-
Students are expected to attend classes in appropriate attire as directed by 5678 Just Dance.
-
A student who is unwell and unable to participate will be asked to sit out. If the student is under 18, parents or guardians will be contacted to collect them.

Students are responsible for their own personal belongings at all times. 5678 Just Dance accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
-
It is strongly recommended that all uniform items, shoes, and lunch bags be clearly labelled with the student's name.
7. Code of Conduct

Treat all staff, students, and families with courtesy and respect.
-
Follow all reasonable directions from 5678 Just Dance staff.

A breach of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate cancellation of enrolment without refund and without further discussion.
8. Photography and Filming
No photography or filming of students during classes or activities is permitted without prior written permission from 5678 Just Dance. This applies to all parents, carers, and visitors on the premises.
9. Physical Contact
Responsible, appropriate physical contact between students and teaching staff is a necessary part of dance, acrobatics, drama, singing, and yoga instruction. By enrolling a student, the parent or guardian consents to such contact as part of normal tuition.
10. Constructive Feedback
Teaching staff may provide constructive criticism as part of the learning process. This is an essential element of dance education and technical development. 5678 Just Dance asks that all families approach feedback in the spirit in which it is given.
11. Changes to Personal or Medical Details
The parent or guardian must promptly notify 5678 Just Dance by email of any changes to:

The student's medical conditions, health status, or relevant injuries.

Family circumstances relevant to the student's enrolment (including any court orders in place).
12. Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent that liability can be limited, it is limited to the re-supply of the services or the cost of having the services supplied again, at the discretion of 5678 Just Dance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia (or the relevant state or territory). Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
