Jessica Powell Antonini
Choreographer | Creative Director | Performer | Educator


Jessica Powell Antonini is an internationally recognised choreographer, creative director, performer and educator whose career spans world-class stages, global television, major music events and performing arts education.
Originally trained in Sydney at Brent Street and in London at The Actor’s Centre, Jessica has performed extensively across Europe, the United Kingdom, South America and Australia.

Her credits include the Royal Variety Performance alongside Seal, the MTV European Music Awards with artists such as Katy Perry, Avril Lavigne, MIKA, My Chemical Romance and will.i.am, the BRIT Awards with Olly Murs, and Eurovision in Moscow. She has also toured with the UK X Factor Live Tour, appeared on Britain’s Got Talent and Strictly Dancing (ABC Australia), and featured in Captain America: The First Avenger, as well as numerous music videos.
Jessica has held key creative leadership roles internationally, most notably as Resident Director and performer for the West End production Thriller Live, touring across the UK, Brazil, Malaysia, New Zealand and Australia. In this role, she oversaw performances, staging and choreography, maintaining the highest level of artistic integrity.
Now based in Sydney, Jessica is dedicated to developing the next generation of performers. She has extensive teaching and choreographic experience, including many years at The Dance Spot, Randwick, and works closely with schools and youth performing arts programs, bringing professional industry standards into educational settings. She has choreographed large-scale productions, developed dance and acrobatics programs across Sydney, and is a respected adjudicator at performing arts festivals and eisteddfods throughout Australia. As founder of the 5678justdance Program, she empowers young performers with confidence, resilience and discipline both on and off the stage.

Our Teachers & Staff

Each member of our team is a qualified teacher specialising in their area of expertise, bringing real industry experience and a passion for education.

The safety and well-being of every child in our care is our highest priority. We take a proactive approach to risk management — identifying and removing potential hazards before they arise. All of our staff hold current First Aid certifications and Working with Children Checks (WWCC), and we maintain a comprehensive incident, accident, and risk management register.

Our team includes Early Childhood trained staff, and every teacher has extensive experience working with children aged 3 and above. All activities are carefully designed with age-appropriate safety in mind, ensuring each child receives the attentive, nurturing care they deserve.
